With this course you will learn 21 different poses and how each of them are connected to various functions of the body, as well as individual life issues. Each pose comes with body awareness tips and photos addressing spirit and body alignment. Connecting your purpose(s) to an understanding of the energy centers within your body. You will also learn how to connect to and calm your body and mind through the poses shared. With the intent of growing your regular practice, this will help you be in harmony with yourself, as well as strengthen and simplify your interactions with others.
